Generic diet plans can be harmful. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I walk with you to create a personalized approach based on your health, medications, and body’s feedback. Your needs are unique, and so is your path to wellness. Let’s build a plan that truly works for you.
This is one of the most frequently asked questions I receive, and an important one. Let me clarify:

I don’t offer generalized diet plans.
Here’s why: no single diet works for everyone, not even people with the same diagnosis. Every person is unique, and so are their needs.
Your health journey requires active participation. You need to learn to listen to your body, because your body doesn’t lie.
My role is to walk with you, providing guidance, insights, and support every step of the way. I’ll answer your questions, help you understand test results if needed, and guide you in working closely with your medical team.

Why I Don’t Do “One-Size-Fits-All” Meal Plans
Generic diets fail to consider critical factors like:
- Your current health conditions, medications, and any herbal or alternative remedies you’re using
- Dietary warnings related to your treatment (e.g., avoid citrus, alcohol, salt, or dairy)
- Your food intolerances, sensitivities, or allergies (like gluten, lactose, or even histamine)
- Your dietary preferences, access to food (availability and affordability), and any nutritional deficiencies
Let’s talk about histamine intolerance, a condition many people don’t know they have. It can mimic several health issues by triggering symptoms in various organs, including the brain, skin, lungs, stomach, heart, and others. You may be reacting to common, healthy foods like fermented products, avocados, bananas, strawberries, or onions without realizing that histamine overload is the root cause.

Your Medications Matter
Medications can also impact what you should eat. For example:
- Some come with warnings like “avoid grapefruit,” “do not take with milk,” or “reduce salt intake.”
- Some deplete essential nutrients, meaning your diet may need to replenish specific vitamins or minerals.
- Two people with the same condition (e.g., high blood pressure) may be on entirely different medications with completely different dietary considerations.
Ignoring these details could put your health at risk, including damaging your liver, kidneys, or heart. That’s why I don’t create meal plans in isolation — I partner with you and encourage you to work with your medical team too.

How We Work Together
Creating a sustainable, personalized diet is a process. We observe how your body responds, make adjustments along the way, and adapt as your health evolves. This journey takes time, attention, and collaboration.
Please note: People have suffered harm by following generic diets — even ones labeled for specific conditions like diabetes or hypertension — without considering interactions with medications or individual health profiles.
In Summary:
- I do not develop pre-made diet plans.
- I support you in discovering what works for you, based on your body, your health history, your preferences, and your medications.
- Together, we co-create a personalized path that evolves with your changing needs and regular health assessments.
Have you ever tried a diet plan that didn’t work for you? Or one that finally did? What challenges did you face on that journey?
